Here are all the ingredients that you will need to make this chinese recipe. -8 dried stiitake mushrooms -3 tbsp. peanut oil -2 large eggs, freshly beaten with 2 tbsp. of kosher salt -4 scallions (white and green), thinly sliced -1/2 cup minced carrot -1 large garlic clove, minced -2 tbsp. red chile flakes -1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger -2 tbsp. soy sauce
-1 tsp. toasted sesame oil -3 cups cooked long grain rice -1 cup cooked meat, like beef, pork, ham or chicken), cut into 1/2 inch square pieces -1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted in a strainer at room temperature
Directions
1. Put mushrooms in small bowl, cover with boiling water and soak until re-moisturized (about 20 minutes). Drain, press dry and cut mushroom into quarters. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. of peanut oil in a large non-slippery skillet over medium-high heat. Move oil around to coat the pan. Pour in the eggs; move eggs around to make a pancake like shape (thin though). Lift the edge of the egg to allow any uncooked egg to go to the center. As soon as the egg has set, put egg on cutting board. Once cooled, cut into 1 inch pieces.
3. Wipe the pan (skillet) with a paper towel, heat the rest of the peanut oil on high heat. Add the scallions and carrots and stir-fry for 1 ½ minutes. Add the mushrooms, garlic, chile and ginger, stir-fry for 1 more minute. Add the soy sauce, rice and sesame oil, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the meat, peas and the egg pieces, cook, stirring until heated through, which is about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve instantly.

Topping:
-11/2 of fresh creme (see above recipe) or sour cream
-1/4 cups of sugar
-1 tps of vanilla extract
Now that you've taken all the ingrediants for this amazing cake, it's time to start mixing up the ingredients following these directions.
Directions
Fresh Cream:
1. Stir buttermilk into whipping cream and pour into a plastic container (like a juice pitcher) and cover with plastic wrap. Place pitcher in a larger container, and pour hot water around the container, filling up to the height of the cream. Place container in a warm, draught-free spot (like on the top of a fridge) and let sit for a day or two (it ripens faster in summer than winter).
2. To determine if set, move the pitcher a bit – the cream shouldn’t be shift and should have a sweet-lemony smell. Chill completely. Spoon off crème fraiche, being careful not to stir in the liquid whey, which will settle at the bottom of the pitcher.
